Detroit MI [15 March 2024] – Hotel reservations are now being accepted for the upcoming ROEA Congress to be held in Metropolitan Detroit, Michigan on September 5-7, 2024. Attendees will be accommodated at the recently remodeled DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Detroit-Dearborn.
The Congress events will begin with the annual Clergy Conference on Thursday, September 5 at Sts. Peter & Paul Church in Dearborn Heights. The following day (Friday, September 6), the working sessions of the 92nd ROEA Congress will take place at St. George Cathedral in Southfield. The next morning (Saturday, September 7), also at St. George Cathedral, clergy, delegates and guests will gather for the Hierarchal Divine Liturgy immediately followed by a Festive Banquet celebrating His Eminence Archbishop Nathaniel’s 40th Anniversary as ruling hierarch of the Romanian Orthodox Episcopate of America.
Hosting this year’s Congress will be a cooperative effort between the parishes in Metropolitan Detroit: St. George Cathedral, Sts. Peter & Paul, Descent of the Holy Spirit in Warren, and St. Nicholas in Troy.

For those traveling by airplane via Detroit Wayne County Metro Airport (DTW), the hotel offers complimentary shuttle service between the hotel and airport based on availability.
