June 28, 2023 – Recently, V. Rev. Archimandrite Theophan Koja was incardinated in the Albanian Orthodox Diocese of America, Eparchy of the Ecumenical Patriarchate and assigned to Holy Trinity Albanian Orthodox Church in South Boston, MA. On Wednesday, June 28, 2023, the Holy Synod of the Patriarchate of Constantinople elected Archimandrite Theofan Koja as Bishop of Philomiliion for the needs of Albanian-speaking Communities of the Ecumenical Patriarchate in the USA. May God grant him good health and many years of hierarchal service.
