Camp Vatra for Seniors

Ages 14-17

All students and parents are required to follow the rules and regulations of Camp Vatra. Please print these pages and look at them together so that both parents and children are aware of their responsibilities.

***PLEASE NOTE:  The ONLY Health/Examination Forms that will be accepted are the ones included in the Registration Packet.  No other forms (from school, etc.) will be accepted.

Payment

Due to the potentially large number of registrants, we remind parents that the registration fee, $550.00 USD for each child, must be submitted with the fully completed Registration Forms or the student will not be registered.  After June 7, the fee for each Senior Camp student is $600.00 USD.

Incomplete forms will not be accepted and the student will not be registered until all of the completed forms and fee are received.  (Paying the fee before sending the forms DOES NOT hold a spot.)
If paying by check, the check (payable to “ROEA”) must be submitted with the form. Your application will not be reviewed until the check is received. If paying by check, please write the name of the camper in the memo section.
Credit/Debit Cards (Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express) are also accepted. You can pay securely online via Zeffy at the following link. Please make sure to include the name of the camper in the notes section on the Zeffy Payment.

NOTE:  This link is ONLY for SENIOR Camp registration fees.  (There is a separate link for payment of JUNIOR Camp registration fees.)  On the Zeffy page, click “Add” and be sure to enter the name of each Senior Camp student separately.  Click Add again if paying for more than one Senior Camp student to add their name.  All additional “donations” solicited on the Zeffy pages are optional and you can change it to any amount you wish, including 0.

Camp Vatra Facebook

We make an effort to provide some updates, photos and other information via our Camp Vatra Facebook page (www.facebook.com/CampVatra) which we invite you to watch and “Like”.  A Facebook account is not needed for basic viewing of the posts.  (Please be patient as photos during camp may not be posted every day.)

Please note that due to sometimes infrequent monitoring of the Facebook page, ALL questions or other communications must be sent directly to the Camp Vatra Office email at CampVatraOffice@yahoo.com, NOT through Facebook.  We will be happy to assist you via email.

The Application Process

  1. This online application is completed by the camper & parent/guardian (each question on this form included, along with signed health forms attached to the Google form)
  2. You will receive an email from Camp Vatra stating we have received your completed application form
  3. The payment will be made through the secure online payment link
  4. You will receive an email from Camp Vatra stating we have received your completed payment
  5. The Camp Vatra application will be reviewed
  6. You will receive a Camp Vatra acceptance email, indicating that you will be attending Camp Vatra for Seniors
You will be notified via email once your application form is complete and when payment is received. Applications will not be reviewed until they are fully complete.
